What is collected
If you sign in, the account stores the name, email, and profile details from email, Google, or X. The deed stores the landlord and tenant names, relations, addresses, phone numbers, property, rent, dates, stamp value, and the delivery name, phone, and address you enter. An order stores that deed and the amount booked for stamp paper, print, and delivery.
Why it is used
This information is used to keep your draft, print the agreement, deliver it, and contact you about that order. It is not sold. It is not used for advertising.
Who sees it
The people who print and carry the agreement see the deed and the delivery address. Sign-in is handled by the account provider you choose. Hosting stores the app so the draft and order can be saved.
How long it is kept
Drafts stay so you can continue them. Orders stay so the print can be delivered and so there is a record of what was booked. Write to mohar.admin@gmail.com if you want a draft or an account removed. An order that has already been printed may be kept for the delivery record.
The specimen
The agreement on screen is watermarked and the GRN is withheld. It is not a government record and it is not the paper that is delivered.
