What this service is
Mohar drafts a rent agreement from the details you enter, prints it on stamp paper of the value you choose, and delivers that print to the address you give. It is a printing and delivery service for Gurugram. It is not a Government of Haryana portal, not an e-stamp counter, and not legal advice.
Your details
You are responsible for the names, addresses, rent, dates, and other facts you type. Mohar prints what you submit. Check the specimen before you place the order. A mistake in the draft is yours to correct before printing starts.
Stamp value
You pick the stamp amount. Mohar does not calculate statutory stamp duty and does not tell you which value the law requires. The figure you select is the one printed. The on-screen certificate number and GRN are shown as XXXXXX. That screen copy is a watermarked specimen and is not the issued paper.
Price and delivery
The total is the stamp value you chose, plus drafting and print of ₹119, plus delivery. Standard delivery is ₹99 and is aimed at 3–5 days. Express delivery is ₹299 and is aimed at 2 hours when the order is placed between 9 AM and 7 PM on a weekday. Outside that window, Express is delivered the next working day between 9 AM and 11 AM IST. A soft copy can be sent on WhatsApp instead, in about 6–8 hours, with no delivery fee. A wrong address or a PIN outside Gurugram can take longer for a printed copy. The order page records the total. No card number is collected on this website.
Cancellation
Write to mohar.admin@gmail.com or call 9125876868 before the agreement is printed if you need to change or cancel the order. Once printing has started, the stamp paper and print fee are not refunded.
